Booking Terms & Conditions

Contract Agreement: 

The T&C’s within this document together with the booking form comprise the agreement between Les Trois Sieges and all those listed on the booking form.  The lead guest, who has completed the form on the group’s behalf, is responsible for all matters relating to the booking and will be personally liable for all monies outstanding from the remainder of the guests.  ‘The group’ refers to all persons booked to stay in the accommodation listed on the booking form, including any subsequent changes to the original booking. Once Les Trois Sieges has confirmed availability, the provisional booking will be held for a maximum of 4 days to allow the booking form and deposit (£200 per person) to be received.  We reserve the right to re-book the week without notification if the deposit is not received in this time frame.   Payment: 

The total amount outstanding for your holiday must be paid 8 weeks before your stay commences. For last minute bookings the full cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking.  If the final balance is not received 8 weeks prior to the arrival date, Les Trois Sieges reserve the right to cancel the booking and any deposits paid will be forfeited (however, we will make every effort to contact the lead guest/group leader to remind them of payment dates).  Les Trois Sieges reserve the right to re-book the chalet without further notice.  The prices quoted for Winter Accommodation include:

7 nights accommodation (Sunday changeover) 

Cooked and continental breakfast on 7 mornings 

Lunch if required 

Afternoon tea 

Evening meal with alcoholic beverages and soft drinks on 7 nights 

All alcoholic and soft drinks consumed in the chalet during your stay 

Prices do not include flights or travel costs, holiday and medical insurance, lift passes, ski lessons, equipment hire etc.   

Please note: It is compulsory that all guests have relevant travel insurance. 

Payment can only be made via Bank Transfer to our UK account. We guarantee the price of the holiday as quoted at the time of booking.  


Due to circumstances beyond our control it may be necessary to make alterations to a confirmed booking or to cancel the booking completely. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure this does not happen, if it is unavoidable, we will contact the lead guest as soon as possible. In this instance we will endeavour to make alternative arrangements for accommodation (of the same or higher value) if available, or offer a full refund of any monies paid. No other compensation will be offered. This compensation does not include events amounting to Force Majeure (Force Majeure meaning war, political unrest, weather, strikes, acts of God, epidemics, riots, civil strife, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural or technical disasters, nuclear war) or if the client defaults in the payment of the final balance. You, or any member of your party, may cancel your holiday at any time providing that the lead guest makes the cancellation in writing/email and will be considered cancelled when we have acknowledged receipt.   Where the lead guest has cancelled the booking the deposit will be retained and cancellation charges will be levied as follows:  

4 – 8 weeks before commencement of holiday: 50% of total holiday cost  

2 – 4 weeks before commencement of holiday: 75% of total holiday cost  

Less than 2 weeks before commencement of holiday: 100% of total holiday cost  

Should a change of dates be involved an administration charge may be levied.   

Arrival/Departure Times: 

Normal weekly changeover day is Sunday, although this may change during peak periods e.g. depending on when Christmas Day falls.  Due to the unique piste-side location of Les Trois Sieges, check in is available after 5 pm on the day of your arrival if arriving by skidoo. If arriving on skis/board, snow shoe or helicopter, check in is possible anytime after 3pm. For departure, please discuss your required time with Les Trois Sieges at time of booking.  


Transfers to and from resort can be arranged by us at preferential rates. Please note that if incorrect details have been provided affecting your transfer, any additional short notice charges from our transfer partner will be added to your holiday balance. Upon arrival at Geneva airport you will be greeted by your transfer representative and brought to resort.  If you are travelling in a small party, you may also be required to wait at the airport for a maximum of one hour. Alternatively, a private transfer can be arranged for an additional charge.   In the case of unforeseen circumstances, out of our or the transfer company’s control, such as flight delays, cancellations, lost luggage, adverse weather and road conditions, you may be required to wait in the airport arrivals café area for a maximum of 1 hour. Any decisions regarding departure times from Les Trois Sieges will be made by the transfer company, as they need to take into account travelling conditions on that day.  

Responsibilities & Behaviour: 

All guests are expected to act and behave in such a manner as to not affect or disrupt the enjoyment of other holiday makers and local residents or have a negative effect on the reputation of Les Trois Sieges.  Any damage to the property or its contents by the guests, be it accidental or deliberate, must be paid for during their stay. Les Trois Sieges cannot be held responsible in any way for any injury, loss or accident occurring beyond the curtilage of the chalet and it will be the responsibility of all guests to ensure their own safety and the safety of others at all times.  

Outdoor Shoes: 

Ski boots or wet/muddy outdoor shoes are not to be worn inside the Chalet beyond the ski boot room. For your comfort each adult is provided with a pair of slippers.  If children are also part of your party, please bring slippers with you.  


For health and safety reasons smoking is strictly prohibited within the chalet and minibus. If people wish to smoke they may do so outside.  


We happily welcome children at Les Trois Sieges. However, please note that no matter how much care is taken, our chalet is not childproof.  Les Trois Sieges will not be held responsible for any accidents occurring within the chalet or its surroundings and it is the parent’s responsibility to ensure their children are supervised at all times.  


In the very unlikely event of you having a complaint with any part of your holiday you should notify us immediately.  Complaints cannot be accepted for snow conditions, childcare, weather, lessons and closures of ski – lifts.  

Third Party Activities: 

We can assist in sourcing and booking many of the extra services you may need when on holiday. These services are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual companies and we take no responsibility or liability for these services.    

Lost or Stolen Properties: 

Any guest not properly securing the exits after leaving the chalet will be liable for any property stolen as a result of that negligence. Whilst we will endeavour to ensure the security of guests’ personal possessions, we cannot guarantee it and Les Trois Sieges will not be held responsible or liable for any theft or loss of personal possessions from our premises or the minibus.  It is up to the group leader to ensure that each member of the party is responsible for the safety of all their own personal possessions, documents and equipment.  

Dietary Requirements/ Allergies 

At Les Trois Sieges we are happy to cater for any special dietary needs or allergies. However, due to our high mountain location, it is imperative that any such requirements are highlighted on the booking form, as last minute adjustments are very difficult to cater for. It is the responsibility of the lead guest to ensure that all members of the group are aware of the need to provide advance notice so that your visit can be prepared for accordingly.
